Reaming tester

Function summary:

       The reaming testing machine is mainly used to measure the reaming rate of sheet metal. It is composed of the punch loading system controlled by electronic servo, the blank holding force pressing system and the visual camera system. It can pre-judge the crack occurrence time according to the force attenuation, manually intervene to stop, and automatically calculate the reaming rate by measuring the aperture through the digital caliper。The equipment adopts microcomputer to control the whole test process, and the supporting TestPilot software can display the blank holding force, punch punch pressure, punch displacement, test speed, etc., which is specially used for the test of the reaming and forming performance of metal sheet。
